After booking, you will receive a questionnaire from ESAeurope, which you will need to fill out and return to us before the session. We also ask that you bring your pet to the therapy session. ESAeurope is our Non Profit Project beside of our normal jobs. Therefore we regret that we are not available at all times. We prefer to have the therapy sessions late afternoon, early evening. The best time slots are between 4.30 pm and 7pm. After payment of the online therapy session you will have the chance to inform us about possible days and times
